Hey There,

Hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving. Holidays can often be a mixed bag just like anything else in life. Remember we have choice as to which channel we watch in our minds. Waited for the election dust to settle and wanted to share one of the many things for which I am Thankful.

Many of you have asked how the Dimos Intuitive Arts weekend at the Red Barn in the Catskills went earlier this month. It is hard to find words to describe what the Heart felt and experienced. My personal intuitive arts have always been martial, healing, movement and music. Teaching qigong is very familiar to me but participating in visual arts like spirit and intuitive painting was a very new, interesting and enlightening experience.

Everyone there both contributed and received as we shared our gifts with each other.

Lynn M. Gelman, Energy Healer, Meditation Instructor and Essential Oils Educator shared these kind words:

I am full. What a powerful, wonderful weekend! Thank you all for sharing your talents and gifts and for creating a safe, sacred space for each of us to explore our inner sanctum, higher selves and spirit guides. I enjoyed each part of every class.

You each bring a unique talent and energy to the group, bringing balance to the whole.

Stephani, you are a master teacher and guide. You skillfully guide the group through the activities and experiences. Your passion and enthusiasm is contagious.

William, you’re warm, funny, caring and knowledgeable. I enjoyed learning about Qigong and I’m now looking for a class for myself and my husband to learn and experience more.

Laurie, your elegant presence and grace is delightful. Thank you for sharing the Franklin Method, another wonderful tool for health and healing.

Ellen, you have a beautiful, calming peaceful presence. Your restorative yoga class was the perfect ending to a full, rich, active day, nourishing the body, mind and soul.

I know the gifts will continue to unfold over the next several days, weeks and perhaps months. I feel so blessed to have been a part of this sacred creation with all of you. Thank you for sharing your Divine Essence!

Love, Light and Happiness,

We are planning for two more classes in 2017 so save the dates and let stephani, , know if you are interested. She can give you more details about the classes, early bird specials, etc. Of course you can reach out to me anytime as well.

May 6th & 7th at Queen’s University near Lake Ontario, Canada.

June 2, 3, 4 at Red Barn in Catskills, NY.

Will keep you posted with more details as we get closer.

Peace and Love,

Creativity, Intuition, Love, Your Life’s Purpose and so much more are connected to your Heart!

I am happy to announce that I will be teaching at the Dimos School of Intuitive Arts Fall 2016 Event (November 4-6) in which we will facilitate and share techniques that you can adopt into your everyday life to unblock your individual and creative flow thru the healing arts such as divine spirit work, journal work (based on the Artist's Way), Intuitive Painting, movement using the Franklin method and the healing arts such as Restorative Yoga and Qi Gong (that’s me).

Both the indoor space and outdoor space at the Red Barn in Hunter, NY look amazing. I have been wanting to teach more outside the city to connect more with nature’s energy. Accommodations include primarily vegan and gluten free food and a very supportive and healing atmosphere.

If you are already an artist or want to explore your inner artist and connect to your heart, come join us. There are a few openings left, so register at as soon as possible. The group includes both first timers and return students who were moved by their initial experience at past events.

I’m planning another self-protection for practitioners class for December as well as some other Taiji and Qigong classes.

Will keep you posted. All the Best! William

The Acudragon® Wellness System helps people heal themselves on many levels quickly with methods from the east and west that work. Inspired by Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do or Way of the Intercepting Fist, it incorporates a solid base of methods that are then catered to the individual. As a martial arts enthusiast, I feel extremely lucky to have met and trained with some incredible Masters over the last four decades. Many of my teachers were not only highly achieved in martial arts but also in healing and spirituality.

One of my earliest idols and teachers that I never met personally was Bruce Lee (although I had the honor of meeting Dan Inosanto). As a martial artist and actor he was a pioneer on many levels. From a martial arts perspective he was interested in what was practical and was open to both learning arts of other cultures as well as teaching those from other cultures. He also incorporated Taoist philosophy into what he taught and was a bridge for the east and west.

As a child, I recognized the value of the martial arts as a training method for the body, mind and spirit. However, it was not until my first crippling injury as a teenager that truly made me appreciate that fact. Doctors told me that I would never walk independently again. My body, mind and spirit have been challenged many times since then and knock on wood I can walk and can even still ride a skateboard. My love for the martial arts and Bruce Lee helped guide me on my healing journey. Besides his amazing skills, his undying perseverance in overcoming so many obstacles will forever inspire me, and the many, whose lives he’s touched.

In 1988, during my first trip to China I was given the Chinese name Little Dragon. At first I resisted because I knew that was Bruce Lee’s nickname. I did not want to be perceived as arrogant or looking for any fights. My “older brother” Zhang De insisted that I take the name he was giving me and gave me many reasons why it had to be. I graciously accepted. Now I feel honored and proud to be known in Chinese as Little Dragon.

For those of you who know me, know that I am committed to self-cultivation and to helping others heal and reach their full potential. You may not have known that I did not think I would still be alive at this time. Bruce Lee and others I admired when I was young, died very early in life. As a child I thought that would be my fate as well. Although I have had three near death experiences, the universe is keeping me around. Therefore I must continue on my path and hope to inspire others much like Bruce Lee did for me.

The Acudragon® Wellness System will continue to evolve to provide the best care, information and self-help products and be a fusion of east and west. I am grateful for all the help and feedback from my patients, clients, students, colleagues, teachers, healers, friends, family, nature and the universe. It is much appreciated and helps me keep going. Doing my best to continue writing my book, keeping up on Facebook, Messenger, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, Sound Cloud, email and other tech stuff. Feel free to check out and contact me via my website, Peace.
